Talking with Richard I was thinking about doing a series of Beautiful Gore. The concept is that there will be awful images hidden in lots of nature and detail so at first glance it is pretty and draws the eye but then they will see the dead thing, a bit like a morbid version of wheres wally; Wheres the atrocity?
This is a subtle approach to say that we are given the information of horrific things, news stories etc but we just let it fade into the background of our minds without much thought.
